 The latest installment of The Website is Down finds Chip Morehead having a bit of an issue with... everything. Those of you working in call centers in Mumbai should find some tips on how to communicate with your far off (and pissed off) end users. Just talk slowly and clearly and tell them nicely where to put it. Everyone else, try to peel back the facepalm far enough to see the action. Enjoy.

He needs to completely mispronounce some of the terms, like meaning to say taxonomy and having it come out taxominy. You've met that person, I've met that person, everyone in IT has met that person and they've annoyed the fuck out of us. He's that shithead in the company that is actually some pissant nobody, but setup wireless in his basement which some how made him the "goto" guy in his department. It would be a good episode.
