awesome! takes the cake...too much like real life in my pseudo tech world. hold can we truly be inspired when non-geeks always silly misinterpreted tech questions, then hide their folly behind sarcasm. then to top it off, they seem to get too literal over simple comp concepts, taking them to the brink of madness and expecting tech support to have telepathy....all comp problems are the user's fault, but they have to blame someone, and it always ends up being the comp, not the fool staring into the screen

Seriously, GREAT JOB! That was by *far* the funniest "tech comedy" I have ever experienced. I keep your site in my bookmarks just to view that video. The details are what truly make it (tech and user talking over each other, the heavy sighs, etc). I can't wait to see what you come out with next.

Question: Is there any way you can post a complete transcription of the dialogue? I got most of it, but there are a few things I just haven't been able to figure out.
